Our Engagement for a better world

As successful entrepreneurs and investors, we feel that our privileges create an obligation. We apply strict environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles in our investment practice. We make a dedicated effort to influence our portfolio companies to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Every portfolio company shall aspire to contribute to at least one of the goals. In addition, we devote a share of our annual revenue to charitable activities as part of our Spicehaus People & Planet initiative.

2023

In 2023, Spicehaus Partners AG again renewed its membership commitment with ICT Scouts/Campus to encourage kids in Switzerland to pursue careers in STEM professions (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). The initiative is particularly focused on children from all genders.

2022

In 2022, Spicehaus Partners AG became carbon neutral by compensating our CO2 emissions (office heating, electricity, supplies & materials, commute and business trips) with the help of myclimate.

2021

In 2021, we supported the Movember movement – a fun “grow a Mo to support a Bro” project for a serious topic. Spicehaus Partners AG donates for the fight against prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s mental health issues.

2020

In 2020, we joined ICT Scouts / Campus in Switzerland to encourage school kids to pursue an education in the field of ICT.

2019

In 2019, we supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Nr. 14 (Life Below Water) and Nr. 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
